| IT'S DURABLE
Bamboo floors is surprisingly tough, as hard as Hard maple (1450.3 psi)
and 50 percent more stable than Red Oak.* It's as easy to lay as
wood flooring, and is equally as easy to care for. *Tested by
Virginia Tech Department of Wood Science, Blacksburg, Virginia.
Carbonized bamboo is achieved through a steam and heating process,
and therefore, it is not as hard as the natural bamboo. The carbonized
will be approximately 15% less hard than the natural bamboo. |
