We stand behind our merchandise. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@bamboowall.com to get a reference number. State if you wish to return the item, get a refund, or make an exchange.
Refunds on items that are neither shipped damaged nor in error are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee.
Colors displayed are only representation and may vary depending on your computer.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but we can only refund your shipping cost for items shipped to you damaged or in error.
Custom Beddings
Due to the nature of custom bedding orders, these items cannot be returned for a refund. Custom beddings include, but are not limited to, fabrics, comforters and duvets, pillows and shams, futons and futon covers. An exchange will be allowed subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping cost.

Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service, whichever we deem best for a particular order. Shipping rate may be adjusted if necessary. We will inform you immediately if this occurs prior to shipping your order. In this situation the appropriate shipping rate will be added to the purchase price and charged to the credit card. Sorry no PO Box addresses, please.
In stock orders are usually shipped out in 3-5 business days. Custom beddings are usually completed in 5-10 business days before they are shipped. We will email you promptly about any matter concerning your order.
